We began this project by making small performance-improving changes to the existing site. After seeing the success of the implemented changes, we began to lean towards a complete redesign, and the client decided to move forward with the option.
We researched the HelpSquad’s live chat agent industry and established new design benchmarks, conceptualizing and creating a clean, intuitive website architecture. Our team placed a strong focus on researching the top benefits and key differentiators of the live chat agent business. Our findings led us to create a new ‘industries’ section on the redesigned site to showcase the specific advantages of the client’s offerings in the vertical market. These strategic changes attracted more organic traffic to the site as the section soon became a collection of pillar pages for the content related to each industry.
Our custom design and front-end development produced a fully responsive website, ensuring excellent UX across all devices. The new structure also led to an instant drop in bounce rates and an increase in conversion rates!
