Until now, Insane Lab has been serving our customers as a software house. We’ve worked on a team augmentation, time and material, and fixed price basis. The work we’ve delivered resulted in lots of fantastic products that increased sales, sign-ups, and user-friendliness each and every time. Our retention rate nears 100%. Moreover, 80% of our new business comes from recommendations. These are statistics that we’re incredibly proud of—and it’s all thanks to you.

Over the past few years, we’ve also vested time on a product and solution segment completely bootstrapped in-house. These products and solutions are already on the market and generate sales today. During this time period, it became apparent that we can do so much more for our current and future customers and we’ve since onboarded incredible talent. This allows us to handle the entire product lifecycle from A to Z. It’s perfectly fine to begin with a so-called “napkin idea.” You don’t need more. We’re here to lead the way.

Starting today, we’re happy to announce that we are expanding our strategy and business model. We’ve decided to combine our vast software development and user-centric design experience with optimizing business models and value proposition consultancy. As always, we choose to focus on you and your company’s culture to fit your needs and expectations—not the other way around. We trust this decision puts us in a position to be more competitive in serving our clients better.

This means that our collaboration will proceed as usual for our existing customers—but with even more added value. We will continue to operate at the same level of brilliance and professionalism while being able to deliver a more business-driven approach and consult your idea right from the very first day. We don’t just see your technology stack—we choose to focus on the end result and work our way backward. Our products taught us how to maximize this approach by keeping the expenses to the minimum and maximizing our investment return. We’re ready to apply our frameworks externally.
