Live Chat System by LiveHelpNow opens the door for your business to connect directly with its customers. Our live chat software allows you to interact directly with your website visitors in the same way you would in a traditional retail store. You would not ignore customers in your store – so don’t ignore the customers that are visiting your website every day.
We proposed the idea of developing a ‘Live Chat Challenge’ game to boost awareness of our client’s live chat software brand. The concept was to produce an interactive, competitive game that would test a user’s live chat agent skills.
Nothing quite like this had ever been done before. So, we got creative and devised a unique ‘triathlon’ format. The result was three separate mini-games that test a participant’s typing speed/accuracy, spelling, and grammar skills respectively.
